Add money to your wallet — from £10 — and the workspace charges it only for the AI work it actually does: reading pages, analysing documents, the assessment, the hearing and drafting, each by the tokens it uses. Opening matters and uploading documents is free and unlimited. Nothing renews and the balance does not expire.

What is a token? Roughly four characters of text. One typed page is usually 500–800 tokens. Input is what the AI reads (your documents and the matter record); output is what it writes. A typed PDF with a text layer is read without any AI at all; a scan has to be transcribed first, which is why it costs more.
No surprises. The wallet shows the balance before you start, and every call afterwards — by matter, by kind of work, with tokens and amount. If the balance runs out mid-matter the work pauses (nothing is lost or marked failed) and carries on from where it stopped once you top up.

Choose any amount from £10 upward, pay by UK bank transfer and submit the transfer details. The money is added to your wallet as soon as the payment is matched — usually within minutes in office hours.
Matters, uploads and storage cost nothing. There is no per-matter fee, no page cap and no limit on documents. Upload the whole bundle as it exists.
Each reading batch, each document analysis, each assessment step, each turn of the hearing and each draft is charged by the tokens it used, after it has finished. A call that fails costs nothing. Re-run as often as the preparation needs — you pay for each run, nothing more.
Money spent on AI work that was done stays spent. Unused balance can be refunded on request within 14 days of the top-up, and a fault on our side is always put right.

Wallet balance and every charge are in pounds sterling. Your bank may apply its own fees on its side; we see only the amount that reaches us.

No. There is one wallet and one rate card. You add money from £10 and it is used up only by AI work, at the rates above.
It depends on how much there is to read and how many times you run the assessment and the hearing. A short typed bundle costs very little; a long scanned bundle argued several times costs more. The wallet shows the running total for each matter as it goes, so you always know where you stand.
No. Open as many matters and upload as many documents as you need — that is free. Only the AI work on them is charged.
The work pauses. Nothing is lost and nothing is marked failed. Add money and it carries on from where it stopped.
No. It sits on the account until used. There is no monthly reset and nothing lapses.
Yes. The wallet belongs to the organisation, not to an individual user, so everyone in it draws on the same balance. Only an organisation admin can add money.
No — but creating a workspace, opening matters and uploading are free, and you can start with as little as £10.
Where tax applies it is shown when you pay. The full amount you choose goes into the wallet.
No subscription and no package to choose. Put your first bundle through it and see exactly what it used. If it earns its place in your practice, top up again. If it does not, there is nothing to cancel.
