What exactly am I charged for?
Only AI work, by the tokens it uses — there are no packages. Opening matters and uploading are free. Full detail on the pricing page and in clause 3 of the refund policy.
What happens to my case material?
It is stored encrypted and sent to our AI provider to be read, and to nobody else. We do not sell it or publish it. The security statement sets out exactly how material is handled, and the privacy policy links to the provider's own terms.
Can the analysis be wrong?
Yes, and we say so prominently rather than in a footnote. Every citation must be verified against the primary source. See the disclaimer.
